Bilingual Instructional Coach: Ro Benignus

I grew up in Venezuela, moved to the United States to go to college at Harding University in Arkansas where I received a degree in Human Resources. After, I moved to Texas where I immediately pursued the teaching career as I knew it was my true passion. I completed my teaching certification and started teaching right away. I am going into my 19th year in the education field, with ten years being at Magnolia ISD. I have taught from Early Childhood all the way to 3rd grade. I love working with children and being part of their academic growth and success. Now as an Instructional Coach, I get to support teachers as well as students! I collaborate with teachers on a daily basis with one of the main goals being the students' success. I love this school, the staff and the community that support us in every way!
