Assistant Principal and Campus Behavior Coordinator: Christine Matula
Hi MPES families! I am honored and blessed to be a part of the Magnolia Parkway Elementary community. After graduating from Texas State in 2006, I started my career in Cy-Fair ISD, then Klein ISD, where I taught third and fourth grade. I received a master’s degree from Lamar University in 2018 and took on the role of an assistant principal in Klein before coming home to Magnolia ISD and Magnolia Parkway. I look forward to working with the families and the community to help all our students grow into their potential as learners and leaders.

Hello Parkway Families! I am so excited to be an Assistant Principal at Magnolia Parkway Elementary. This year marks my 22nd year in education, and throughout my career, I have had the honor to work with students from Kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as a Reading Interventionist. Parkway has been my home for the past 10 years, and the relationships I have built with our students, staff, and families make this campus incredibly special to me. I am looking forward to working alongside our students and families and continuing to build the relationships that make MPE such a special place to learn and grow. It's going to be a great year!

Counselor: Nicole Hill
Hello Magnolia Parkway Elementary Families! I am so excited to be joining the MPES community. After graduating from Miami University in Oxford, OH in 2009, I started my teaching career in Jefferson County Schools in Louisville, Kentucky. I then moved to Spring ISD where I taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and reading intervention. I graduated in 2014 from Lamar University with a Masters Degree in School Counseling and stepped into the role of elementary school counselor. I've had the pleasure of working at the elementary and middle school level as a school counselor; partnering with staff, families, and the community to meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of students. I look forward to partnering with the Parkway community to help our students flourish socially, emotionally, and academically!
